Nicaragua severed relations with Germany on May 19, 1917. Nicaragua declared war with Germany and Austria-Hungary on May 7, 1918.

Even though Nicaragua declared war on Germany and Austria-Hungary, there is no reason to believe there was any active participation in the struggle.
